“ We will be back. Our waitresses was in point never had to look for her fir anything. She cheated our table, brought fresh tea and in point bringing the check with boxes abs lids if needed for my condiments. Our table was under Rick sunday late afternoon. Table by door. Thank you for the most wonderful 1st time experience. She even changed the TV so we can watch the opening of the race. Let's not forget the manager that came around to ask if everything was OK. Thank you to ask and to the cooks. Food was delicious. I was watching how calm and quiet they were but worked in perfect harmony abs professional with it being an open kitchen. No yelling or unnecessary outside talk. Perfect peaceful pleasant vibe (Mellow) everybody Stood up to the name. ”

They have this incredible talent for mixing drinks and creating a fun atmosphere at the bar. “ It's absolutely amazing. Our server recommended the Avondale pizza (we were there at brunch), and that pizza is one of the best I've ever had. Really delicious. Everything about the pizza was perfection. The crust, toppings, cook time, freshness of ingredients, truly over the top. Our server was funny, knowledgeable, and quick. I can't wait to go back! ”
“ Shitake Pizza had become one of my favorites. I received a burnt pizza that could not be consumed. This pizza should never have been sent out of the store. Mellow Mushroom service and quality has really gone down. I called the manager Katrina and complained. She offered to remake the pizza. However, they don't have delivery, and I am at work, which is 5 miles away from Mellow Mushroom. There will be no meal tonight. I would have to pay again for Uner Eats to deliver me another pizza and hope it would be a better quality. My confidence in this company is broken. ******************Update******************* I believe in second chances, I went back to Mellow Mushroom in Fleming Island to order my favorite Shitake Pizza. Anthony (Mangaer) didn't know my name or that I recently had a bad experience. He greeted me promptly, took my order, and gave me a approximate time when my pizza would be ready. My pizza was ready in 20min (sooner than ETA), he showed me my pizza, and gave me extra condiments. He ended with I hope you like your pizza. I shared with him who I was, my last experience,and picture of my burnt pizza. He apologized and thanked me for coming back. The pizza I recieved yesterday was what I should of recieved in my previous post. I ordered my previous pizza at night and it was delivered vs. I went inside the store during the day. I had a better experience in person and will be back for my favorite pizza. Thanks Anthony. :) ”
“ This is my favorite restaurant and trivia there is the best. My server is amazing. Food is always hot and DELICIOUS! My favorite thing to get is the great white Pizza. This is the shiitake pizza and if you like mushrooms this is the pizza for you! Our server Emmy really took care of us and we couldn’t be happier with our service. I got my OTHER fav pizza , ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes . ”
